Michael Gurtman

An Aspen local of more than twenty years, Michael built his career across restaurants, hospitality, and wholesale distribution before launching The Source AI, an Aspen-based advisory and channel firm in AI, automation, and robotics. As CEO of Sourced Pantry, he leads strategy, technology, and the property partnerships — food, tech, and the belief that convenience shouldn't mean compromise.

Based in New York City and covering the Tri-State area and Philadelphia, Taylor is Sourced Pantry's main purchaser and chief snack recommender — the taste behind the shelf. Greg co-leads Arizona alongside Derek, heading operations and service across Phoenix and Scottsdale — every Valley box stocked, spotless, and worth checking. When a property signs in Arizona, Greg is the reason it stays happy.

Born in Aspen, and it shows.

We come from a town where the farmers market is an event, the roadside pantry is an institution, and small makers are neighbors. Sourced Pantry carries that with it everywhere — best-of-category national brands, room on every shelf for local makers, and for certain Drops, product sourced straight from farmers markets and roadside stands that never gets a distributor and never lasts the weekend.
